You’ll be helping us be digital-first when developing new products and services, as well as enhancing existing ones by providing software development and support to each of our Global Businesses and Global Functions.
Using best-in-class technologies, you'll deliver end-to-end execution of all technology services consumed across the HSBC landscape, including change programmes and applications in production.

Role Responsibilities

·        Plan and design the adoption of Agile across multiple teams.

·        Provide training sessions on Agile frameworks, like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.

·        Foster a culture of openness and psychological safety.

·        Coach leaders (like Agile Leads, Product Owners, and executives) on Agile leadership practices.

·        Develop operating model or roadmap for future Agile practices.

·        Lead as a role model for Agile values.

·        Act as an Agile Lead as needed to assist and educate teams.

·        Create Jira reports and dashboards to communicate workload and priorities across different teams.

·        Facilitate Agile events (ceremonies) and other meetings to clarify objectives and R&R.

·        Assist teams with defining OKRs and measures of best practice.

Request

·        Experience of acting as an Agile Lead and of coaching other Agile Leads.

·        Experience of defining OKRs.

·        Able to design and develop Jira dashboards and reports, and assist and guide team Agile Leads to do so

·        Ideally have experience or knowledge within Platform domains 

·        Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English, comfortable explaining Agile concepts.

·        Must have experience within a large enterprise level organisation ideally within the Financial Services but that is not essential 

Role is based in London however we do adopt a hybrid way of working
