Responsibilities: * Lead and manage Contentious Probate matters, providing strategic advice to clients. * Handle a diverse caseload, encompassing disputes relating to wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance. * Represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods. * Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development. Criteria: * Extensive experience in Contentious Probate law, with a minimum of 5 years PQE. * Proven track record of successfully handling complex probate disputes. * Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding caseload effectively. * Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with experience in representing clients in court. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to build strong client relationships. * Willingness to collaborate within a team-oriented environment and contribute to the firm's success.
