The Role
This progressive Top 100 UK firm are seeking a Contentious Trust & Probate Senior Associate, to join their Cambridge Office.
This is a well backed team with a structure that facilitates professional growth, by providing support from skilled Juniors and mentor from industry leading Partners.
Working strategically with other departments, this L500 Recognised Group acts on a range of interesting matters including;
- A broad range of will and trust dispute matters
- Rectification claims
- Breach of trust claims
- Variation of Trusts Act applications
- Disputes relating to the validity of Wills and trusts
- And more
This team are receiving further investment to grow, presenting an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to excel in a supportive and sociable environment.
You Will Be:
- A Contentious Trusts& Probate Lawyer with 4/5 PQE +
- (We are keen to have conversations with individuals outside of this PQE scale also)
- Proven experience from a well-established practice.
