Salary:
- £38,732.40 + £1,200 shift allowance, totalling £39,932.40 per annum.
Shift Pattern:
- 7-7 (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)

Job Role :
- Experience of working on Commercial Hot and Cold-water Systems is essential.
- Approved and formal apprenticeship served in Plumbing/Mechanical skill area required or relevant and practical experience within a similar industry
- Sound awareness of risk assessment & working safely with equipment
- Complete all statutory and non-statutory maintenance in accordance with set maintenance schedules and contract SLA's
- Complete reactive works in line with contract SLA's
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety including ISO 9001 & 14,001
Qualifications & Experience :
- Demonstrate competences with all relevant qualifications
- Been in the FM Industry for a minimum of 5 years
- Carry out Maintenance and Reactive Calls
- You will be required to undertake general plumbing tasks as part of the role and general mechanical
- tasks
