Post reports to – Regional Operations Manager

Purpose of job –

Our business is organised in regional teams of up to 20 commercial engineers who work in concert with our central technical support team to deliver, service, repair, maintain and install the full spectrum of commercial building services. You and your colleagues will be the customer facing powerhouse of our business within your region with a portfolio of key clients and sites.

Principal accountabilities –

Provide technical support and guidance on the telephone to engineers out in the field.

Interact between administration team, management team and regional engineering team to disseminate information into the field.

 Monitor engineers and promote best practice in health and safety, engineering, and customer care.

Be part in a 1 in phone on call rota.

A friendly and professional telephone manner.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Specific Training Courses Applicable to This Role –

Time served NVQ or City and Guilds Level 3 Gas engineer or Plumber.

Full UK driving Licence is essential.

Right to work in the UK.

Able to pass a DBS check for relevant convictions.
