This role would suit a candidate who has at least 1-2 years’ experience working within a Contentious Trusts& Probate role and who is looking to progress their career with a growing independent law firm with an outstanding reputation regionally and nationally.
Contentious Trusts & Probate Paralegal responsibilities include:
- You will run your own caseload of Contentious Trusts & Probate matters under supervision
- You will assist the fee earners with their caseloads
Contentious Trusts & Probate Paralegal requirements:
- You will be a Paralegal with specific experience gained within Contentious Trusts & Probate
- You will have strong organisational skills
- You will be dynamic in your approach
- You will have excellent client care skills
- You will be motivated and ambitious
