Description
The successful candidate for the Part TimeLegal Counsel position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide in-house legal advice and assistance to all divisions of the business
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including distribution agreements, consultancy service contracts, supplier contracts, and NDAs
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence
- Carry out legal research
- Oversee legal documents for signing by the groups Directors
Profile
The successful candidate for the Part TimeLegal Counsel should have:
- Be a qualified solicitor in the UK
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong drafting and negotiating skills
- Proficiency in managing conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills
Job Offer
- This is a Part Time position working 3-4 days per week
- This is a maternity cover contract for a minimum of 6 months
- Hybrid/remote working can be offered
- Day rate or Fixed term contract arrangements can be considered
