They are seeking a talented Continuous Improvement Engineer with a passion for enhancing manufacturing processes. In this role, you'll be instrumental in identifying and implementing improvements across our business, working closely with Production Engineers to optimize both new and existing products. Responsibilities for the Continuous Improvement Engineer:
- Lead improvement projects throughout the organization, focusing on enhancing manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with Production Engineers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive efficiency and quality.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, root causes, and areas of weakness within manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement, fostering innovation and excellence across all levels of the organization.
Requirements for the Continuous Improvement Engineer:
- Proven experience improving manufacturing processes in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to support process improvements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
- Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
