- Continuous Improvement Manager
- £460 - £480 per day (Outside IR35)
- Manchester - expected to go on-site at least 1 day per week
A well established client in Manchester is currently on the lookout for an experienced and well rounded Continuous Improvement Manager who will play a key role in their Service Desk Transformation project.
Main Responsibilities as the Continuous Improvement Manager:
- Lead the delivery of the IT service desk transformation project which will allow the organisation to drive business change and achieve their success factors
- Management of staff and budgets
- Working with key and senior stakeholders to gather requirements and understanding needs
- Working alongside the service desk team in the creation of the project plan and deliverables as well gaining a wider understanding of the project
- Offering a high level of customer service and demonstrating strong communication skills between the stakeholders and project team
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience working on IT or service desk transformation projects will be key
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience will be ideal
- Experience of delivering projects in line with SLA's
- ITIL V4 qualifications will be essential
- Ability to travel to the Manchester office at least once per week as a minimum
