Ever wanted to work in Continuous Improvement?
You're in food manufacturing. Maybe an ops manager, maybe a shift manager.
You've always liked the look of working in operational excellence or CI - but you've not had the chance to move across. Maybe your business doesn't do much of it. Or maybe it does, but you've not been given the opportunity to work in it.

One of our clients is looking for someone who has got a genuine passion to work in CI.
You don't need to have done it before - they'd love someone to train up and develop within the area, but someone who already wants to do it.

If you’ve done it and you want a new challenge, that’s great too.
You'll get the chance to work for a great business. You'll have an outstanding mentor as well.

The factory is on a journey, and you’ll be sat outside the operations structure, but working with everyone. Working with the guys on the shop floor. Working with the shift managers. Helping everyone organise, and improving the way the factory works.

It’s a good salary and there’s scope to progress into a bigger role. The person running the site has world class experience in Continuous Improvement and operational excellence, and will be there to guide you in your career and work.

The key is enthusiasm. Passion. Wanting to get better, because it’s rewarding.

If you’re world class and want to sit in a top 1% factory and shuffle papers to get from 97.6% OEE to 97.9% OEE then this probably isn’t for you.
