The Role
The role of Contract Administrator is extremely important in supporting a team of Building Surveyors/ Inspectors in line with contractual work with external stakeholders. You will be required to undertake general administration tasks, deal with County Councils, approved Housing Bodies, administration queries, and prepare documents and reports on bespoke systems. You will be the main Administration support for the Building Survey teams across all regions. A high level of organisation and accuracy is required. As Contract Administrator you will work as part of a growing team, all supporting each other when needed.
The Individual
In order to be shortlisted you must demonstrate on your application / CV that you have a minimum of 5 GCSES (grades a-c) or equivalent (including Maths and English). You must also be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft packages. It is essential that you have a minimum of 1 years of administration experience. The role requires the individual to have excellent oral and written communication skills.
