Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
The Contract Change Specialist has responsibility for managing various types of changes through the Selborne contract, working collaboratively with the customer, Capita leads and Tier 1 partners to ensure the achievement of all contractual requirements. This is a key role and requires significant stakeholder engagement and organisational skills.
This is a Hybrid role based between your home and HMS Collingwood, Fareham (50/50)

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Acting as the Contract Change Specialist
  • Governance of Contract Change processes from start to completion.
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Managing the changes through end to end framework
  • Stakeholder management
  • Updating change logs via Excel

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous project management/coordination/PMO experience
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Any knowledge of procurement would be highly desirable
  • Must be able to be cleared to UK SC level

About Project Selborne:

Project Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
