We are actively recruiting for a Contract Co-ordinator Team Leader for a full time, permanent position based in an office in Theale, Berkshire. This is the perfect role of an organised individual who can demonstrate the ability to multi-task as well as demonstrate leadership qualities such as coming up with solutions and having a "can do" attitude towards their work.
Job Details include:
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

About the Role:
- As this role is in a fast-paced industry, it is essential you can work well under pressure & adhere to tight guidelines.
- You will have responsibilities for both contract coordinating and team leading.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining business unit documents such as call Out Rotas & workloads planners.
- Ensure any CAFM systems are updated.
- Monitoring the performance in your office by implementing KPI's & Targets
- Promote the use of Power Bi throughout the team.
- Facilitate the day to day running of the office ensuring annual leave and sickness is being covered internally.
- You will manage the email accounts for the Southern region office.
- Assist with invoice queries.
- Reviews open purchase orders and update them accordingly.
- Liaise with the contracts manager to approve supplier invoices.
- Submit sub-contractor time sheets/
- Co-ordinate and plan mobile engineer's workload planners (PPMS)
- Update and make use of CAFM systems Maximo.
Requirements:
- Having a good knowledge of Facilities Maintenance & PFI contracts is essential.
- Excellent computer/IT skills
- Willing to be office based Monday - Friday
- Proven knowledge of CAFM systems
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight guidelines.
