Energy Services Team Leader

Our client is seeking an Energy Services Team Leader to work alongside the Energy Services Manager. This role will oversee all the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the team. Your focus will be managing the organisation of our people ensuring they deliver excellent customer service to our customers and deliver on targets.

As Team Leader for the Energy Services department, your key responsibilities will include:

• Day to day people management of the Energy Services team & operation
• Overall responsibility of the management of the administrative processes associated with the compliant delivery of our clients energy efficiency contracts
• Working closely with the Data Performance Analyst, providing weekly and monthly forecasting and performance reporting to the Energy Services Manager
• Establish a close and trusted relationships with all our customers through regular contact and strong customer service.
• Support the Energy Services Manager in the day to day running of the department
