Hotel Nights Team Leader
The role of Hotel Nights Team Leader is hugely exciting, as you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the opening team for our BRAND-NEW overnight accommodations: The LEGOLAND® Woodland Village!
You will lead a team of Front of House Assistants throughout the night shift, making sure our overnight guests are happy and safe in their accommodations, any guest feedback is responded to promptly and professionally, and other members of the Hotel night team are kept informed of anything that our guests might wish to speak to the team about.
As a motivator and leader you will develop your team to deliver the best possible guest interactions, encourage them to become expert knowledge holders and empower them to exceed our guest KPI targets.

Hotel Nights Team Leader
Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY
Hours: 7pm – 7am night shifts, with 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (hours worked between 11pm - 6am to receive an additional £1 per hour)

Qualification & Experience:
- Proven experience working in a customer facing role within a Hotel or Hospitality function is essential
- You should experience working night shifts, ideally in a hospitality function
- Ideally, you’ll have worked in a Team Leader function before, being comfortable with leading and motivating a diverse team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and previous use of Opera PMS is advantageous
- You will have the relevant travel arrangements for night shifts, and be comfortable with working unsociable hours

About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort
We are looking for a Hotel Nights Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
