    Details:


    Location: Outskirts of Ipswich town centre


    Work Schedule: Flexible shifts between 7:30 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (negotiable during the interview stage)


    Salary: up to £26,000 (Experience-dependent), with the opportunity to earn a quarterly company bonus!

    What We Seek in You:




    • Demonstrate the ability to manage your own accounts and lead projects from initiation to completion.

    • Exhibit confidence in telephone communication, with a track record of interacting across multiple departments.

    • Bring enthusiasm to a fast-paced work environment.

    • Prior experience in a role emphasising organisational skills; project coordination experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

    • Proficient knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office.



    As a Contract Coordinator, you will:




    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new and existing contracts, overseeing all associated documentation.

    • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, recognising the significance of first impressions.

    • Address inquiries related to pricing and equipment records, including discussions on equipment replacement and lease renewals.

    • Collaborate seamlessly with various departments within the organisation.

    • Drive additional sales of products and services that complement and enhance contract offerings.
