Sales Coordinator - this is a 14 month temporary contract to backfill a maternity leave
We are looking for a customer experience enthusiast with high energy and who is an effective multi-tasker with expertise in organization and attention to detail to work with our 10+ person UK team to ensure efficient day to day operations of the business and provide support to the EMEA region in relation to sales quotes and orders. This is a key role in our business, working with the EMEA team in ensuring incoming workloads and customer needs are well coordinated to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities:
To assist and coordinate the UK support team in creation and organisation of incoming quote requests, order generation and follow through to shipment.
Work with the UK Business Development team to help prioritise workload accordingly.
Work as a team player in optimising operations related to Sales Enquiries, Order update information and transfer of communications within the UK team as well as the Head Office Production and Logistics team.
Other duties as assigned, including backfill support as needed to the office administrator.
Qualification and Skills:
3+ years of experience with client/customer service.
Civil, Mining or Infrastructure experience is beneficial, but not essential
Instrumentation experience would be an asset.
Experience using a customer relation management system.
Flexibility to manage changing tasks throughout the sales cycle.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and proven ability to provide timely professional communication to customers by e-mail and phone.
