Sales Coordinator (Temporary Position: 3-6 months)
Join our clients dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator, working closely with the Sales Office Manager and the Sales team to efficiently handle all administrative duties. This temporary role, spanning Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offers a competitive rate of £13.50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming telephone calls within the Sales department
- Qualify sales leads to support business growth
- Process sales orders and purchase orders with precision
- Maintain and update sales orders for accurate records
- Communicate effectively with dealers and distributors
- Monitor and manage the database for optimal efficiency
- Coordinate and organise events to enhance brand awareness
- Prepare comprehensive machine manuals
- Conduct telephone outreach to customers within the database
- Undertake any other tasks necessary for the seamless operation of the sales office
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in IT with a high standard of technical skills
- Previous experience with CRM databases
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player
