Sales Coordinator
Hours - 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting edge organisation that continue to grow and are seeking a Sales Coordinator. You'll work alongside our award-winning Sales team in their Ipswich based office, to ensure the smooth day-to-day function of the operation.

Key Roles:
- Handling incoming calls for the department and liaising with customers over the phone.
- Supporting customers throughout the sales process
- Processing orders (full system training provided)
- Processing queries and order amendments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Pre- and post-sales support for a varied customer base
- Logging and processing sales via our internal sales system
- Chasing and escalating order with other departments and vendors
- Producing daily and weekly reports for the team
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure stock received is despatched within agreed timelines.
- Sourcing new customers and sales opportunities.
The Ideal Person:
- This is fast paced environment so the right candidate should be a great team player who is organised and able to prioritise their workload.
- Excellent communication skills are essential along with a 'can do' attitude.
- Previous Administration experience and dealing with customers over the phone is essential.
- This is an opportunity to grow and develop into an Account Manager if desired.
- Full system training is provided but a knowledge of spreadsheets would be an advantage.
