Reed Bury St Edmunds as seeking a Sales Coordinator for our client Based in Stowmarket on a temp-perm basis. My client is hugely successful and award-winning Design and Manufacturing business and are Winners of Suffolk Business Awards 2019.
Job Role
To work with the Sales Office Manager and the Sales team to ensure that all administrative tasks are concisely and effectively carried out. Promote my client's machines and increase brand awareness across UK and Europe.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls for the Sales department
- Sales lead qualification
- Processing of sales orders / purchase orders
- Maintenance of sales orders
- Liaising with dealers / distributors
- Maintaining and policing the database
- Event organization
- Preparation of machine manuals
- Telephone contact with customers within database
- All other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.
Skills and Attributes
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Very high standard of IT skills
- Experience with CRM databases
- Have great attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a good team player
