Our client are an Educational organisation in West Yorkshire who are currently on the search for a Contracts Manager to join their Estates team on an interim basis.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate a proven track record in completing contracts and can also work to the NEC 4 forms of contract.
Role Responsibilities will include;
- Writing the contracts for all maintenance contracts for the Property and Maintenance Department and assistance with Facility Department contracts after all P&M contracts are in place.
- Liaising with our Procurement Department on the tendering process.
- Ensuring Asset lists are attached to the contracts. Liaising with Asset Manager.
- Maintain the contracts list in conjunction with Finance and procurement.
This is a temporary ongoing position paying the equivalent of around £50,000 pro rata on a daily Rate (PAYE).
