Contract Manager Facilities Management

We are seeking an astute Contract Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance, understanding budget/P&L and maintaining a positive relationship with stakeholders.

Description

• Manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company's policies and legal requirements.
• Hold end of line responsibility for PPM & statutory compliance across your facilities.
• Develop and implement management strategies and procedures on the account.
• Oversee the performance of contract obligations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate contract-related risks.
• Contribute to the development of the company's policies and procedures in relation to contract management.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

• Proven experience in managing contracts within the Facilities industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of PPM planning.
• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
