Description
- Manage contracts and negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and legal requirements.
- Hold end of line responsibility for PPM & statutory compliance across your facilities.
- Develop and implement management strategies and procedures on the account.
- Oversee the performance of contract obligations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate contract-related risks.
- Contribute to the development of the company's policies and procedures in relation to contract management.
Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- Proven experience in managing contracts within the Facilities industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of PPM planning.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
