Requirements of our Grounds MaintenanceContract Manager
- Experience managing a team of Supervisors, Operatives and fleet.
- Experience of managing a portfolio of commercial Grounds Maintenance contracts.
- Must be confident using IT, programmes and apps.

- Royal Horticultural Society qualifications
Responsibilities of our Grounds MaintenanceContract Manager
- Reporting to the Head of Operations you will be responsible for a team of site managers and operatives.
- You will manage a large portfolio of commercial works including Housing Associations, Schools and Business Parks within London and the South East.
- You will take full ownership of your region and be client facing, ensure contractual compliance, budgets, recruitment, health and safety, reporting and the full spectrum of Contract Manager responsibilities.
- You will ensure your team are motivated to deliver high quality Grounds Maintenance services in line with client’s expectations.
