Lifecycle Management are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Contract Manager who will take responsibility for the contract management and administrative tasks of any client account assigned to them.

This is an exciting, fast-paced, and challenging role, which will focus on ensuring that all contracts are managed to a successful conclusion that will gain acceptance of all parties, be managed on time, and in accordance with the clients’ requirements.

The fundamental element of this role will be to deliver best value to our clients, to be persuasive enough to influence and explore all opportunity to generate savings, and that contracts are managed to best effect.

Key duties -

• As the first point of contract for client communications, it is vital that you maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and procurement contacts
• To ensure accurate use of our contract management system
• Take responsibility of any opportunity to reduce costs and generate fees are properly investigated, managed, and presented
• To make sure that all contracts are renewed in line with agreed timescales
• Ensure requests for reports or data are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner

What we need from you -

• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Previous contract management/administration experience
• A good level of professionalism when representing Lifecycle Management Group
• The ability to manage own workload and multiple inboxes in a fast paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail when writing and checking documents to minimise errors and to maximise quality
• Excellent communications skills both oral and written, to ensure clear and concise messaging is projected out to colleagues, clients, and suppliers
