SalaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Manager looking to take their next step and join the team at Challenge trg Group. Challenge trg Group is a privately owned specialist logistics UK company that has a portfolio of complementary businesses.
It will be your responsibility to manage the complete candidate experience from induction through to shift allocation, making sure we retain our quality staff. Above all, you'll need to make sure the client's needs are always met.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of all drivers.
Be on site to speak with drivers and delivery team staff.
Ensure candidates are fully compliant and site protocols are met.
Undertake any other duties as required by the Area Manager.
Act in a calm, professional and proactive manner at all times.
Be upbeat, proactive and positive, with a 'can-do' attitude.
Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods.
Key Qualifications / Experience
Min 1 + year's experience in management.
Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven.
Knowledge of driver's hours and regulations
Able to work in a high-pressured environment.
Formal training development.
