Contracts Manager (Lichfield)

Key Information

• A family run fast growing projects and maintenance company are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Contracts Manager to join their team
• As a member of this award-winning team you will be responsible for managing and overseeing planned and maintenance works for the retail and commercial sectors
• For this role you must have a hands on reactive maintenance background who holds a wide knowledge of building knowledge
• Location: Lichfield
• Package: £40,000 – £45,000 dependant on experience
• Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage programmes of work to ensure projects are delivered to timescales
• Meet with clients and assess work to deliver within budget
• Responsible for the management and recruitment of labour resources
• Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
• Assist in the future development of the company
• Deal with any customer enquiries and concerns

Qualifications/experience:

• Trades background is preferred
• Able to use a range of IT packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• Quoting / estimating is required
• Ability to work within a pressured environment
• Able to multi task
• IOSH – Desirable
