Contract Payroll Administrator March Start Date Part Time - 4 days a week
Great opportunity for a Payroll Administrator seeking a contract position, with a London Accountancy Practice.
The firm are looking for someone to start in March until the end of 2024. This would be a Part Time role - 4 days a week.
Experience using Sage Payroll and/or Bright Pay would be desirable but not essential.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will have control of your own portfolio of clients with the main duties covering:
- Managing a portfolio of approx. 70-80 clients, ranging from Director only - 50 employees, all on a monthly pay frequency.
- Taking ownership of payrolls, processing accurately within given time scales
- Inputting and maintaining accurate date on payroll software
- Completing Auto Enrolment duties and preparing client information
- Preparing emails for clients, informing them of their PAYE liabilities and other payroll related matters
- Dealing with external agencies e.g. HMRC
- Dealing with internal and client queries
- Accurate understanding of PAYE and NIC legislation
