We are looking for a passionate individual who will join our team in York working directly with primary organisations include healthcare providers, local authorities, and intermediate care providers i.e. care homes.
The successful candidate will be of a caring nature, have a drive for problem solving and an excellent eye for detail. Excellent communication and analytical ability are pivotal as there will be daily exposure to the primary healthcare and local authority organisations.
The Role
Operational :
- Responsible for the operational remit of on-boarding new system users.
- Ongoing management of health and social care professionals using software platforms to access and order Community Equipment.
- Liaising with Provider organisations to maintain the PIN Matrix that supports prescriber team analysis of spend.
- Managing the daily queries and being the first point of contact for new users.
- Being responsible for the creation, amendment and disabling of accounts.
- Dealing with general queries and issues from users and escalating (where required) to the senior health and social care leads.
- Establishing the operational management of prescriber communications and being responsible for receiving and uploading documents.
Analytical :
- Establishing and understanding Business Intelligence software.
- Assisting and creating reporting around business themes, not exhaustive to: Spend / Activity / KPIs & Quality.
- Providing analytical support where required.
- Supporting Operations Support Manager in engagement programs
