Contract Specialist - Korean Speaking

The job requires the ability to extract important information from contracts written in English and Korean.

A good understanding of contract language is crucial for this position, knowledge of English contract terms is also necessary. You will work directly with the UK and other offshore teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with client instructions.

The Contract Analyst will be responsible for abstracting, drafting, negotiating, a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, evaluation agreements, software license agreements, end user license agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, order forms and supporting documentation in line with established policies, procedures and guidelines.

Skills required:

• Experience in review and abstract key contract details.
• Experience in a variety of contracts (Master, NDA, SOWs, etc).
• Keen and with an eye for details.
• With the capacity to work independently and remotely in a collaborative and team-based environment.
• Well versed with IT (able to use contract reviewing tools, has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly, Excel & Word)
• Another language skill is a plus

Qualification: Preference for a Paralegal or experience in the field.
