Our client is a Facilities Management company and currently has an opportunity for a Contract Support to be based in a commercial office space in Lakenheath, here you will be joining a team of 4. This role also offers a fantastic opportunity for progression!
Duties:
- Manage and maintain contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract information
- Review and analyse contracts to identify key terms, obligations, and deadlines
- Prepare and distribute contract summaries and reports to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Raise PO's and and sales invoices
- Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts
- Perform data entry tasks to update contract information in company systems
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
