Our client is a Facilities Management company and currently has an opportunity for a Contract Support to be based in a commercial office space in Lakenheath, here you will be joining a team of 4. This role also offers a fantastic opportunity for progression!
Duties:

  • Manage and maintain contract database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract information
  • Review and analyse contracts to identify key terms, obligations, and deadlines
  • Prepare and distribute contract summaries and reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Raise PO's and and sales invoices
  • Conduct research on legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts
  • Perform data entry tasks to update contract information in company systems
  • Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred
