This is an exciting role supporting the development of our new contract management team providing estate services to residents. Our passion is providing high quality services to diverse groups of residents across a wide range of estates.
It is essential that the role holder can use Excel. The ability to use SQL is desirable.
The Contract Support Officer will be able to work on their own initiative and find creative solutions to problems.
The successful candidate will be responsible the ongoing digital transformation of our cloud-based performance management software, including the migration of performance and management data onto the system.
The role will include the capturing and reporting of performance management and KPI information regarding services we provide, as this is critical in driving performance.
The post holder will be able to develop their contract management skills through contract management meetings and holding contractors to account using performance management data.
The team encourages freedom in identifying improvements we can make to services and pro-actively working to deliver these.

As a Contact Support Officer, you will:
- Support the Estate Services & Open Spaces team in the management of accurate data.
- Supports the team to robustly manage contracts through the accuracy of data
- Deliver reliable, repeatable, and consistent services in line with policies and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure Estate services deliver value for money
- Ensure data accuracy is maintained across the Estate Services and Open Spaces team through regular audits and checks.
Your attributes:
- Great with data sets from a variety of source
- Expert at Excel and other applications in the management of data
- Excellent analysis expertise
- Ability to translate complex data and communicate to relevant audience
- Presentation skills excellent
- Customer service skills and a desire to deliver great service.
- Self-motivated and ability to prioritise and manage workload.
- Ability to prioritise own workload with excellent time management skills
- Proficient in the use of Excel & Microsoft Office Suite.

We are a multi-site organisation, so some roles may require occasional travel between offices, but expenses will be covered.
