Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration: Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contract activities.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between various stakeholders, both internal and external. Act as a liaison point for contract-related queries.
Document Management: Handle documentation processes, including drafting, editing, and archiving. Maintain an organised and accessible filing system.
Data Entry and Analysis: Input and analyze data related to contracts and administrative tasks. Generate reports as required to support decision-making processes.
Support Services: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to contracts and administrative processes. Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in contract support or administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Education:
A relevant degree or equivalent work experience in contract administration or a related field.
