Contract Works Supervisor

About the role
As a Contract Works Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the relevant programme delivery is completed to the highest possible standards, on time and on budget. Undertake regular site visits to ascertain progress and compliance with specification. Liaise with contractors to agree variations and costs. Liaise with Residents to ensure they receive a good standard of service. Undertake final inspections, update corporate Asset Management System with completions.
Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:
Holds the following qualifications – Level 3 building or management related qualification (If a management qualification it must be with experience of managing a Building related discipline). or qualifications at an equivalent level
Has proven experience within a similar role allowing you to utilise the above qualifications
Has a proven ability to work independently within a team and work flexible hours to meet the needs of the service
Has values in providing great customer care
