Permanent Role, 8am-5pm, with a salary of GBP30-35k

The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a social housing maintenance company, who are looking for Contracts Supervisor based in Devon. Must be willing to travel between Exeter and North Devon.

Day to Day:

• Managing small works maintenance projects
• Managing a team of trades on site
• Surveying work collating materials and costings
• Reactive maintenance
• Use computer

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

• SSSTS Desirable
• NVQ or HNC in Construction
• Trade background good building knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate Microsoft and emails
