An expanding, global business with headquarters in Buckinghamshire, are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their team in Wooburn Green. An exciting opportunity to join a thriving business who keep going from strength to strength and are a well respected competitor in the market.
The Role
This is a role that requires a great deal of initiative and autonomy, ensuring that service contracts and finance agreements are acceptable and in line with all SLAs. Other responsibilities will include:
- Analysing the profitability of contracts
- Determining any additions or reductions to agreements
- Working with Sales and Projects teams to calculate increases
- Sourcing quotes for Third-party Agreements, Software Support and Subscriptions
- Invoicing the maintenance agreement
- Reporting invoicing figures
- Won & lost report
About You
- We are looking for an individual who has experience dealing with contracts and finance or in a similar role, ideally within an engineering environment
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on your own
- IT literacy, particularly MS Office and CRM systems
The Package
- Salary: £27,000pa - £30,000pa DOE.
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
