SalaryHoneycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable engineering business, to support the recruitment of a Contract Administrator based in Belfast. The successful Contract Administrator will become an integral part of the business, by assisting in maintaining an excellent line of communication between various internal departments and clients.
The Contracts Administrator will play a key role in working closely with project managers, managing the administration linked to a wide range of contracts. You will be responsible for managing contract data, ensuring that the information received is allocated accordingly, and that appropriate time lines and pricing information is provided to clients. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting on the preparation of contract quotations, collating reports, and procurement.
The successful Contracts Administrator will pride themselves on their Microsoft Excel proficiency, possess a keen eye for detail, and be highly organised. You will have strong interpersonal skills that will allow you to communicate with external/internal stakeholders effectively. Excellent verbal/written skills are essential for this role and previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
The salary for this role is £28000-£32000, dependant on experience.
This is an office-based role with hours of work being 0830-1700 Monday to Thursday, and 0830-1600 Friday. Full benefits of this role can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
