Position: Contracts Director - Construction

Location: Dublin

Salary: Negotiable DOE

Candidates will have the following attributes but not limited to:

• 5+ years in contracts management on large scale commercial projects.

• Developing and implementing growth strategies.


• Competent in the management of the internal supply chain from Design to handover on site.


• Creating and managing budgets.


• Evaluating performance and productivity.


• Improving profitability


• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.


• Strong leadership experience in managing a team of contracts managers


• Must be technically competent.


• Excellent quality management experience.


• Excellent health and safety focus, method statements, rams etc.


• Client management.


• Contractually and commercially competent.


• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.


• Ability to produce complete progress reports on time.


• Extremely organized and driven.


• Career-focused.


• Full clean driving license.
