Contracts Manager

Job Description

Our client is a privately Northwest based construction company with an excellent reputation which has been built up over many decades of delivering quality projects across various sectors including education, health, commercial and industrial with values ranging from £250k-£5m. Due to an increase in workload they have an immediate requirement for a Contracts Manager to join their team (Currently 3 CMs) and take responsibility for projects across the Merseyside, Lancashire and Cheshire areas.
Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
* Meeting with clients to find out their requirements
* Assist with Producing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
* Managing construction schedules and budgets
* Attending site meetings to monitor progress
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers
* Ensuring projects meet agreed technical standards
* Reporting to the Head of Construction/Directors on progress and management issues.
