This company are a leading construction company who have earnt themselves a notable reputation for their high quality work within the civils industry, working on various projects. Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging a family like flexible environment encouraging a work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be based on site playing a crucial part overseeing and tracking projects. Working closely with the team, producing rams, scheduling materials, arranging for subcontractors to price works and preparation of monthly contract applications and account reports.
The ideal candidate is a Contracts Manager with 4-5 years' experience in a similar role. You will have 8-10 years industry experience within civil engineering and good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively across both the company and when facing clients.

The Role:
-Contracts Manager
- Building and Maintaining strong relationships
-Producing daily and weekly progress reports on various projects
-Scheduling materials
-Read and understand contracts, specifications and drawings.
-Prepare monthly contract applications
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and background within Civils
