Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Contracts Manager/ Site Manager to join their team.
In this role you will be based on site playing a crucial part overseeing and tracking projects. Working closely with the team, producing rams, scheduling materials, arranging for subcontractors to price works and produce programmes and liaise with the design team and discuss issues and amendments to drawings.
The ideal candidate is a Contracts Manager with 4-5 years' experience with a roofing contractor. You will have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to communicate effectively across both the company and when facing clients.
