Job Description
What you’ll do
You will oversee the Group’s contracts for care support services, advising on the legal aspects of bids and contracts, maintaining the contracts database, providing contract-related advice and support to operations and the bids team and relevant management information to senior management and the Board. It is expected that you will fulfil your responsibilities in accordance with the group’s policies and procedures and service aims.

Qualifications
What you need
You possess practical experience in contract advisory, preferably complemented by legal qualifications or relevant experience. Demonstrated expertise in efficiently managing a sizable contracts portfolio is crucial. While experience in contracting within the public sector may be advantageous, familiarity with the care sector is also considered a positive attribute. Strong interpersonal skills, self-management abilities, and motivation are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in written communication, including report-writing, is a key requirement. Additionally, you should exhibit adeptness in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel. A flexible and responsive approach to work is highly valued in this position.
