SalaryImperial College London is seeking to recruit to the role of Contracts Manager within its Estates Maintenance team.

Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, this role will lead on maintenance contract management across the Imperial estate portfolio. Key aspects of the role are performance management, commercial management and reporting, ensuring that Imperial benefits from exceptional levels of service and value for money from its maintenance delivery partners.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in a contract management role in a hard FM/Maintenance environment, with either a client-side or contractor side perspective. Experience of operating successfully across a portfolio of technically complex facilities would be advantageous, as would experience of working across estate portfolios that have high public footfall and campus type characteristics.
