Contracts Manager - School Fit Out

Title: Project Manager.

Salary: Up to 60K.

Location: North Wales, Chester area willing to travel to Manchester 3 times per week.

Are you a Project Manager from a Fit-out / Commercial background looking for an autonomous and technically challenging role working for a rapid growing company who provide a range of Fit Out and consultancy services for a broad range of clients across numerous sectors?

Required

CITB 5 Day or IOSH 3 Day managing Safety

Must have educational experience in the past 10 years

More than 5 years experience in PM

Based in the NW and able to travel to Manchester 2-3 times a week if required (Initially it will be every day)

Site experience. We need them to Project manage from Client sign off through to site and completion. Where projects are too small for separate foreman we expect all management from site delivery to be through this person.
