The Contracts Manager will report directly to the MD and be responsible for managing the delivery all stages of high-profile projects.
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing all day to day operations of projects to support the delivery teams
- Planning and executing work in line with customer expectations and timeframes
- Evaluating on-site work performance in a constructive manner
- Communicating with customers and ensuring their satisfaction
- Managing all Health & Safety and construction legislation
- Identifying new products and methods of work for continuous improvement
The Contracts Manager will need:
- Substantial experience in a Contracts Manager role
- Experience of working on fit-out projects
- Experience of managing direct trades and sub-contractors
- Good communication skills
- Experience of dealing with high-level customers
