As a Contracts Manager, your responsibilities will include…
• Working on single or multiple projects at one time and the ability to manage your time
• Ensuring the correct project team are in place & qualified & collaborating with other teams
• Ensuring realistic programmes are produced in line with strategy & contract dates
• Developing & implementing strategies to optimise project/resource delivery
• Chairing & attending meetings & ensuring the production of accurate records
• Managing the full contract lifecycle from start to finish & producing ops reports/forecasts
• Maintaining the highest possible standards of H&S & environmental performance
We’re looking for a Contracts Manager with…
• Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
• Experience of managing construction projects ideally within a civils environment
• Extensive working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regs/risk management etc
• Knowledge of multiple construction contract forms (JCT,NEC & Fidic)
• Experience of pre-qualification & tendering for several multi discipline projects
• Thorough understanding of industry related laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft office
