Control-M Administrator (Majorly Remote)

Location: Hybrid remote - London

Inside IR35 Only

6months + contract

• Managing & troubleshooting Control-M Application. (Configuration, Administration & Schedule Net Backup and Batch processes)
• Troubleshoot and configure new Control-M agents
• Monitoring of gateway/Global condition server and Global alert server
• Scheduling of large no of batch jobs within various range of customer requirements.
• Resolving Incident, Changes and Problem Management User generated Requests and queries.
• Defining control-m in node groups
• Start-up shutdown of CTM components
• Monitoring and recycling of Control-M/EM components (Gateway, Global Condition server, Global Alert server)
• Failover and recovery for control-M/EM
• On call support and handling issues as per business priority.
• Knowledge of Incident and Change management process as per ITIL.
