Controls Engineer

Headcount Solutions is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Engineer who would have a strong understanding of control systems and site based building services / utilities within the pharmaceutical industry.

As the Controls Engineer you will:

Manage technical projects in utility areas supporting all areas of the facility including clean utilities (purified water, WFI), other utilities (HVAC & Process waste).

Design and maintain BMS/building controls systems to optimize building performance and streamline building management.

Working with various stakeholders, to scope projects and ensure requirements are satisfied.

Coordinating the introduction of new processes, equipment and materials including problem solving and troubleshooting equipment issues prior to qualification & start-up

Ensure seamless integration of building control systems into overall building design.

Conduct design studies and produce conceptual design reports.

Prepare contract documentation, specifications, and drawings.

Ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Relevant Experience

Typically, 3+ years engineering experience, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment.

Strong working knowledge and experience of Site based utilities (HVAC, WIFI, Clean & Black utilities)

Excellent working knowledge of Honeywell Experion Controls

Proven project management experience.

Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment.

Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems
