SalaryOur client is a Chambers listed Legal 500 firm with offices in Reading and Henley-on-Thames.
The firm’s Property team is recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer. The successful applicant will be qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive/FILEX
Relevant experience will include
- Handling freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
- Unregistered and registered titles
- Auction and Probate sales
- Transfer of equity
- Matrimonial property matters
You will be enthusiastic and a team player whilst managing your own caseload of circa 50-60 matters with minimal supervision.
You will be joining the currently team of four which includes two fee earners and two support staff.
It would also be advantageous if you have good IT skills and experience of using case management systems.
