Your responsibilities will include preparing legal documents, ensuring smooth property ownership transfers, and advising clients on all aspects of conveyancing. Key Qualifications:
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in conveyancing.
- Trust Expertise: Strong familiarity with Trusts, including advising on and drafting trusts (including Disabled Persons Trusts) and knowledge of trust collapsing.
- Property Law: A solid understanding of property law and conveyancing processes.
- Collaboration: Ability to liaise effectively with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in property transactions.
